The details of the general, punitive and special damage sought from the defendant have been included in the petition.<br \/>\nThe case follows statements made by Qureshi on a private TV programme, alleging that 150\u2013200 \u201cpaid individuals\u201d were being brought into the assembly on her behalf.<br \/>\nAzma has termed these allegations baseless and fabricated, noting that the remarks were broadcast on television and widely shared on social media, reaching millions of viewers.<br \/>\nAzma said Millions of people have watched it. The statement printed on PTI official account and telecast in Private Tv talk show is defamatory.
