The central theme of the conference is \u201cBridging Disciplines toward a Sustainable Future.\u201d The objective is to bring together diverse scientific disciplines on a common academic platform, promote interdisciplinary research, and align modern scientific knowledge with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The international conference is being organized under the auspices of the University\u2019s Faculty of Sciences. The Vice Chancellor of AIOU, Prof. Dr Nasir Mahmood will be the chief guest at the inaugural session and will highlight the aims and objectives of the conference. According to Conference Secretary Dr Saima Qadeer, the two-day conference will include keynote speeches by eminent national and international scientists, thematic sessions, research paper presentations and policy dialogues.
