RAWALPINDI: The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi (HAR) has intensified efforts to beautify parks across the city and ensure upkeep of flowers and plants during the holy month of Ramazan. According to the HAR spokesman, measures have been taken to enhance the appearance and maintenance of Dhok Munshi Park in the Potwar sector.
