During the hearing on Monday, Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar remarked that the matter originated in Lahore and falls under the jurisdiction of Lahore High Court. He stated, \u201cIf we issue notices from here, they will have to bring the file from Lahore.\u201d The petition was filed in response to notices issued by NCCIA. Due to lack of jurisdiction, the petitioner withdrew the application. Baloch\u2019s lawyer requested that NCCIA be restrained from harassment while approaching Lahore High Court. Chief Justice Dogar instructed the agency to avoid any illegal harassment, noting that an inquiry is ongoing and the agency must respond properly. Barrister Abdul Ahad Khokhar stated that the agency has already provided a response and requested detailed allegations.
