The hearings were conducted by Chief Commissioner Muhammad Ali Shahzada and Commissioner Zakir Hussain Afridi.<br \/>\nIn one case, Tariq Mahmood from Haripur filed a complaint stating that land demarcation services were not delivered within the legally defined period. The Commission took action and issued a show-cause notice to the officer concerned.<br \/>\nSimilarly, Malik Muhammad Shafi from Peshawar submitted a complaint regarding the issuance of a land record (Fard). The local Patwari was summoned by the Commission but failed to appear, leading to the issuance of a show-cause notice against him as well.<br \/>\nIn another case from Charsadda, Fazal Din filed a complaint concerning land demarcation.
