\nPrime Minister\u2019s Adviser Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday urged the opposition to rise above personal and political differences for the sake of national stability, emphasizing that the country\u2019s peace and progress must come before partisan interests.
\nWhile exclusively speaking to a private news channel, Rana Sanaullah urged the opposition to set aside political rivalries and prioritize national interest, stressing that unity is essential to ensure stability and peace in the country.
\nHe said the current situation demands collective wisdom and responsible politics rather than confrontation, especially at a time when the country faces serious security challenges. He revealed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited opposition leaders to attend an in-camera security briefing to take them into confidence on key national security matters.
\nSanaullah said the government follows a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism and is determined to eliminate the menace with full force. He added that the government is ready to share its comprehensive strategy with political stakeholders to build national consensus. He also warned that external elements were attempting to exploit internal divisions and destabilize the country, emphasizing the need for political unity at this critical juncture.
