DIG Headquarters Abbas Majeed Marwat and Executive Director ETEA Adil Safi formally signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions.<br \/>\nUnder the MoU, ETEA will oversee all stages of recruitment, including the written examination, screening tests, and result preparation, ensuring a fair, secure, and merit-based system that provides equal opportunities to all candidates.<br \/>\nIGP KP Zulfiqar Hameed said the collaboration reflects the police department\u2019s commitment to modernising recruitment and strengthening public trust. \u201cMerit and transparency are our top priorities. This initiative is part of ongoing reforms aimed at enhancing institutional capacity, improving service delivery, and inducting qualified personnel into the force,\u201d he added.<br \/>\nExecutive Director ETEA Adil Safi assured that the agency would conduct all recruitment phases with honesty, professionalism, and transparency.
