The court directed the petitioner to approach the trial court. Justice Muhammad Azam Khan heard Dr. Fazila Abbasi\u2019s pre-arrest bail application who appeared in the court along with her lawyer Naeem Bukhari. Advocate Naeem Bukhari said that Dr. Fazila Abbasi appeared before the court three times.<br \/>\nShe could appear once and submitted a medical certificate for three days, after which the bail was withdrawn.<br \/>\nThe court restored the interim bail in exchange for surety bonds of Rs 100,000 and directed her to approach the trial court. The Special Judge Central Islamabad had canceled the bail of Dr. Fazila Abbasi for non-appearance against which she approached the Islamabad High Court.
