\nUNICEF Chief of Field Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rados\u0142aw Rzehak called on Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Information Shafi Jan to discuss enhanced collaboration on child welfare initiatives.
\nDuring the meeting, both sides held detailed discussions on improving access to quality education and a healthier environment across the province, as well as strengthening joint efforts to tackle child malnutrition.
\nThey agreed to reinforce partnership mechanisms to ensure better outcomes for children, particularly those living in underserved and vulnerable communities.
\nReaffirming their shared commitment, both sides emphasised scaling up joint initiatives aimed at securing a better future for children through integrated and sustainable interventions.
\nSpeaking on the occasion, Shafi Jan said the provincial government remains committed to implementing sustainable policies for maternal and child health and ensuring access to education for every child.
\nHe underscored the need to further enhance collaboration to effectively address challenges faced by marginalised and underprivileged segments of society.
\nThe special assistant added that the government is taking comprehensive measures to safeguard children\u2019s fundamental rights and improve access to essential services in remote areas.
