The postings reflect a balanced and inclusive approach, with 51 male and 62 female Heads of Institutions appointed across various institutions.<br \/>\nSector-wise distribution demonstrates broad and equitable coverage: Nilore leads with 45 institutions, followed by Bhara Kahu (26), Sihala (20), Tarnol (10), Urban-I (8), and Urban-II (4). A central consideration in the posting process was to assign Heads of Institutions within their respective sectors, preferably close to their residences.<br \/>\nThis approach is expected to enhance administrative efficiency, foster stronger institutional ownership, and improve overall performance outcomes.
