On retirement the pension and other benefits can be given as per law in place.<br \/>\nThe decision said the powers for making rules related to pay, pension and perks and privileges rest with finance department. Finance minister or chief secretary have no powers with reference to perks and privileges and pension.<br \/>\nIn this case chief minister Balochistan gave approval for additional benefits which is against the law.<br \/>\nConstitution allows such steps on which no legal restriction has been imposed.
