The court while issuing interim stay order stopped communication and works department from opening proposed tender notice for May 07, 2026 regarding demolition of BA till second date of hearing on May 11, 2026 . The petitioner Aman Ullah Kinrani persuaded the case on his own. Muhammad Riaz advocate appeared on behalf of Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raeesani and Shabbik Baloch additional advocate general represented Balochistan government.
