Persistent enhancement in petroleum development levy is unconstitutional.<br \/>\nHike in the prices of petroleum products will lead to stir massive storm of inflation. It is requested to court to declare recent increase in the prices of petroleum products null and void.<br \/>\nIt id pertinent to mention here government has raised the price of petrol by Rs 14.92 per liter. Following this hike, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 414.78 per liter.<br \/>\nThe price of high speed diesel has been increased by Rs 15 per liter .
