K-Electric did not take any action on the complaint by the residents of area regarding electric current in the pole.<br \/>\nK-Electric failed in conducting proper look after of electric system and installations.<br \/>\nCounsel for the K-Electric told the court current was generated due to cable of private generator. K-Electric installations are completely safe.<br \/>\nThe deceased citizen put his life into risk near hazardous place.<br \/>\nThe court remarked extraordinary responsibility lies with power provider for safety of people.<br \/>\nK-Electric cannot be absolved from its responsibility due to presence of cables of other institutions.<br \/>\nThe presence of live electrical current on public utility poles was deemed direct evidence of negligence.<br \/>\nSecuring the electricity transmission system and public places is extraordinary responsibility K-Electric.<br \/>\nThe attempt to save life of child cannot be considered complete negligence. .
