In his message, the HEC Chairman emphasized that such platforms help higher education institutions move beyond isolated efforts, allowing them to work collectively to strengthen academic quality, promote a vibrant research culture, and respond effectively to emerging challenges in the sector.<br \/>\nThe Chairman expressed appreciation for the initiative and acknowledged the active participation of Vice Chancellors, Rectors, and Presidents from the twin cities.
