\nPakistan Post is pleased to announce the issuance of a Commemorative Postage Stamp on 15 June 2026 to mark the 50th Anniversary (Golden Jubilee) of the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP), in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the promotion of mountaineering, adventure sports, environmental stewardship, and mountain tourism in Pakistan.
\nFounded in 1976, the Alpine Club of Pakistan has played a pioneering role in developing and promoting mountaineering and trekking activities across the country\u2019s spectacular mountain regions. Over the past five decades, the Club has facilitated national and international expeditions, encouraged youth participation in adventure sports, fostered environmental awareness, and contributed significantly to showcasing Pakistan as one of the world\u2019s premier destinations for mountaineering and high-altitude tourism.
\nTo commemorate this historic milestone, Pakistan Post will issue a special philatelic package comprising:

\nSpecial Dedicated Cancellers for the First Day of Issue
\nThe commemorative stamp pays tribute to the remarkable journey of the Alpine Club of Pakistan and celebrates the country\u2019s rich mountain heritage, including some of the world\u2019s highest and most majestic peaks that have attracted climbers and adventurers from around the globe.
\nSpeaking on the occasion, a spokesperson for Pakistan Post stated:

\nThe commemorative stamp and associated philatelic materials will be available from designated post offices and philatelic bureaus across the country from 15 June 2026.
