Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam, on Wednesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the demise of the brother of senior journalist and anchorperson Iftikhar Ahmed.
\n In a condolence message issued in Islamabad, the minister extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul, while assuring the family of his support during this difficult time.
\nExpressing profound sadness over the loss, Amir Muqam conveyed his condolences to Iftikhar Ahmed and other members of the grieving family.
\nHe said the death of a loved one is an irreplaceable loss and a moment of immense sorrow for the entire family.
\nThe federal minister prayed that Almighty Allah may grant the deceased a place in His eternal mercy and bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family, relatives and friends.
\n He particularly prayed for Iftikhar Ahmed to be granted the courage to bear this loss with fortitude and dignity.
