Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nawaz Wazir, Assistant Commissioner Naveed Ahmad, former Gumbat tehsil mayor Sajid Iqbal, Qasim Zubair, focal person to MNA Shehryar Khan Afridi, local elders and Wapda officials attended the meeting.<br \/>\nThe participants reviewed the impact of prolonged and unscheduled power cuts on residents, businesses and public services, observing that extended outages had caused serious difficulties for consumers across the district.<br \/>\nMr Jan said ensuring the provision of basic public services was a priority of the provincial government and described unnecessary power outages as unacceptable.
