\nBank of Khyber has announced the appointment of Mr. Sher Mohammad Mohmand as Managing Director\/Chief Executive Officer of BOK Currency Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd., following the approval of the Board of Directors.
\nHe has been placed on deputation to the wholly owned subsidiary for an initial term of three years, effective from the date he assumes charge.
\nMr. Mohmand is a seasoned banking professional with more than 15 years of distinguished service at Bank of Khyber. Over the course of his career, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Group Head \u2013 Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance; Group Head \u2013 Conventional Banking; Group Head \u2013 Human Resource Development; and Divisional Head \u2013 Risk Management.
\nDuring his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the Bank\u2019s strategic priorities, strengthening corporate governance, enhancing risk management practices, driving business growth, leading organizational transformation, and improving operational efficiency. His leadership has contributed significantly to the Bank\u2019s continued progress and institutional development.
\nCommenting on the appointment, the Bank\u2019s management expressed confidence in Mr. Mohmand\u2019s ability to lead BOK Currency Exchange Company through its next phase of growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
