\nThe ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, setting a solemn and respectful tone for the proceedings. This was followed by the singing of the National Anthem by the officers, administrative staff, faculty and students, reflecting a spirit of unity and patriotism.
\nOn the occasion of the leadership transition, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prof. Dr. Saud Altaf, expressing confidence that the University would continue to flourish under his leadership. \u201cI extend my sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Saud Altaf on assuming the office of Vice Chancellor and wish him every success in leading National Skills University Islamabad to new heights of excellence.
