According to police, the deceased, identified as Gulnaz Bibi, was the mother of three children. Initial investigations revealed that the suspect, Ehtesham, was upset after not being invited to a family function held a few days earlier. Police said the accused allegedly visited the victim\u2019s house on Friday, where an exchange of words took place before he allegedly strangled her to death and fled the scene.
