\nISLAMABAD: Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) while upholding Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision in the case of giving job of sweeper to MA pass person in KP has dismissed provincial government appeal plea. Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked doing the job of sweeper by MA pass person is tragedy. Such system should be applauded. Will now MA pass person do the job of sweeper. The respective person is doing the job since the last ten year. Now removing him from service will not be appropriate. The court proposed provincial government should provide job to complainant to some other proper place. Additional Advocate General (AAG) told the court no post of sweeper is lying vacant in KP at present. Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked has KP become so clean and neat that it does not need sweeper. We had heard about some other province being neat and clean. The court inquired what job is got done by the respective employee. Education Officer told the court sweeping and cleaning is included in his job.
