While Deputy Commissioner (DC) issues NOC for public meeting under the respective law.<br \/>\nIt has been said in the decision that according to state counsel a meeting was held under DC regarding permission for public meeting and proposal for not holding the public meeting was placed in the meeting due to law and order situation.<br \/>\nThe court maintained Minar-e-Pakistan is a public place where citizens come for recreation and walk.<br \/>\nAccording to written decision the state counsel told the court DC had rejected the application for holding the public meeting on August 03 .<br \/>\nThe court maintained DC has given decision on the matter , therefore, the court rejects the application.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued written order on rejecting PTI application seeking permission to hold public meeting at Minar-e-Pakistan.
