A single-member bench comprising Justice Arshad Ali heard Noreen\u2019s petition. She was represented by lawyers Ali Zaman, Amir Zeb and Barrister Sarwar Muzaffar Shah.<\/p>\n<p>According to the case details, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) registered the case against Noreen in July.
