\nPakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO), the nation's leading energy company, commemorated 50 years of strategic partnership with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), a relationship that has supplied Pakistan with Gasoil and Jet Fuel without interruption for five decades. Few commercial relationships in Pakistan's energy sector have run for half a century. This one has held through changing markets, global crisis, and every shift in the energy landscape, tested by precisely the conditions that break lesser arrangements and strengthened by each of them. Senior leadership of both companies convened to honour that record and to set the direction for what comes next. PSO extends its sincere appreciation to the Government of Pakistan, its leadership, the Petroleum Division of the Ministry of Energy, and the National Commodity Management Committee (NCMC), whose policy stewardship and enabling framework have made energy cooperation of this kind possible, sustaining the resilience of the supply chain and deepening the enduring ties between Pakistan and the State of Kuwait.
\nFifty years is a foundation, not a finish line. Building on five decades of collaboration, the two companies are exploring opportunities to widen the partnership: expanded product cooperation in Motor Gasoline, LPG, and other petroleum products; joint ventures in refining, petroleum storage infrastructure, and terminal facilities; and shipping and logistics alliances that further strengthen the supply chain.
