{"id":564727,"date":"2026-08-31T01:36:32","date_gmt":"2026-08-30T20:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=564727"},"modified":"2026-08-31T01:39:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-30T20:39:49","slug":"four-killed-six-injured-in-hiace-and-dumper-collision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/four-killed-six-injured-in-hiace-and-dumper-collision\/","title":{"rendered":"Four killed, six injured in Hiace and dumper collision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Swat Expressway<br \/>\nAccident took place near Tunnel No 3 on Swat Motorway in Malakand; seven injured shifted to hospital<br \/>\n MALAKAND<br \/>\nAt least four people were killed and six others injured in a collision between the passenger coach and a dumper truck near Tunnel No. 3 on Swat Expressway in Malakand, Rescue 1122 informed Sunday morning.<br \/>\nRescue 1122 said that soon after receiving information about the accident, medical teams of Rescue 1122 Malakand reached the scene along with ambulances.<br \/>\nThe Motorway Police said the accident occurred due to the negligence and carelessness of the Hiace driver. The passenger van was travelling from Mardan to Dir when it smashed into the dumper in high speed.<br \/>\nThose died in the accident included Aziz Ahmad (50), son of Mubarak Shah, resident of Bajaur; Faiz Muhammad (69), son of Jahan Syed, resident of Kushshan, Hamida (40), wife of Ajab Khan, resident of Mardan and Khaista Noor (55), wife Sher Muhammad, resident of Alam Ganj.<br \/>\nThe injured included, Sher Muhammad, son of Yaqob Khan, resident of Alam Ganj; Kabir, son of Munawar Shah, resident of Mardan, Hafiz Ali, son of Munawar Shah, resident of Mardan, Muhammad, son of Akbar Ali, Hijab Khan, son of Syed Ahmad, resident of Mardan; and the driver of the coach, Anwar, son of Muhammad, resident of Takht Bhai<br \/>\nRescue 1122 and Motorway Police jointly conducted the rescue operation. The injured were provided first aid at the scene and later shifted to DHQ Hospital Batkhela for further treatment.<br \/>\nThe bodies of the deceased were also transported to the same hospital.<br \/>\nKhyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi has expressed deep sorrow over the traffic accident on Swat Expressway and offered heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives.<br \/>\nThe governor directed that the injured be provided with the best possible medical facilities and said he shared the grief of the bereaved families during this difficult
