\nThe court has ordered to send journalist Bilal Ghauri to jail on judicial remand following the completion of his physical remand.
\nJournalist Bilal Ghauri was presented in district and sessions courts on completion of his two days physical remand.
\nThe court ordered to send him to jail on judicial remand.
\nJudicial magistrate Malik Aman took up the case for hearing.
\nDuring hearing of the case NCCIA requested the court to grant physical remand of journalist Bilal Ghauri for further five days.
\nThe investigation officer told the court the forensic of the devices recovered from the accused has to be got done.
\nOn the other side defence counsel Imran Shafiq said all the devices are with them. Presence of the accused is not necessary for forensic.
\nImran Shafiq said NCCIA be asked it has done what in two days remand.
\nThe court remarked NCCIA could not tell any solid reason for remand.
\nThe court said no progress was made during two days physical remand earlier.
\nLater the court ordered to send the accused Bilal Ghauri to jail on judicial remand.
