Apparently government is committing fraud with contractors. People will not tolerate fraud.<br \/>\nFinance secretary Punjab said before the court \u201c we have not become able to achieve set targets of set tax. Punjab is facing shortfall amounting to Rs 100 billion.<br \/>\nJustice Amir Bhatti remarked \u201c executive has failed. Dollar value is rising day by day. We don\u2019t know government is sleeping where. Sometimes  it increases inflation by enhancing tax on petroleum products. Thing like governemnt is nowhere seen. People are getting no relief. This system was  also in place before  but such high cost Hajj and uncertain situation was not prevalent.<br \/>\nHe remarked \u201c government daily invites head of any country to Pakistan and seeks aid billion of rupees. Despite obtaining billion of dollars by the government, dollar value is ascending rather than descending.<br \/>\nGovernment acquires billion of rupees but it is not known  to any one this money goes where. If nothing else can be done by the government then it should at least rein in growing value of dollar.<\/p>\n<p>Government daily invites head of any country to Pakistan and seeks aid billion of rupees.
