The report stated that more than 61 percent of the surveyed school buildings were found to be unsafe. Meanwhile, 167 schools were declared partially safe, while only 49 were classified as safe. Following the Dir Colony tragedy, authorities accelerated the process of assessing the structural safety of school buildings across the province.
