\nRameez Club of Aman Kot Nowhwera and Pushtoon Gari club of Toru Mayar Mardan advanced to next round in the ongoing Ramadan Night Inter-Club Volleyball Championship being played here at Taro Jabba Village ground on Sarturday.
\nDirector Finance of the Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Fakhar Hussain was the chief guest on this occasion and before the start of the matches the players of all the clubs were introduced to him. For Director Youth Arshad Hussain and large number of spectators were also present and witnessed the thrill-packed matches.
\nIn the first match Rameez Club Aman Kot recorded a five sets victory against Shahzeb Club Muhib Banda village. Both Rameez Club and Shahzeb club players played well and gave each other a tough fight. Rameez Club Aman Kot won the first two sets by 27-25 and 28-26 but failed to click in the next two sets won by Shahzeb Club Mohib Banda Village. Muhib Banda village club suppoters were also there with their cheering responses and thus Shahzeb Club secured victory in the two consecutive set at 32-25 and 21-25.
\nIt was the fifth and decisive set in which Rameez Club,having support of the cheering spectators, marched into victory at 25-23. Thus Rameez Club Aman Kot advanced to next round. In the second match Pushtoon Gari Club beat Toru club Mardan by 25-23, 29-31, 25-22, 23-25 and 25-20. Both Pushtoon Gari Vlub and Toru Club Mardan played well and received thundering applauses from the sitting spectators over the excellent display. Pushtoon Gari club won the first set by 25-23 but failed to click in the second where both Pushtoon and Toru club were stretched to 29-31. It was a point-to-point struggle the two teams made in a thrilling show which was largely enjoyued by the sitting spectators. After 1-1, Pushtoon Gari club won the third set 25-22 but again Toru Mardan came back and tied the tally 2-2 after winning the set 23-25. When the teams were locked 2-2 at the sets points, Pushtoon Gari played with determination and winning the decisive set by 25-20 to march into victory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
