{"id":9042,"date":"2017-01-05T06:10:27","date_gmt":"2017-01-04T20:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/?p=9042"},"modified":"2017-01-05T06:10:27","modified_gmt":"2017-01-04T20:10:27","slug":"providing-justice-to-every-one-cj-takes-notice-of-torture-on-minor-maid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadpakistan.com.pk\/news\/providing-justice-to-every-one-cj-takes-notice-of-torture-on-minor-maid\/","title":{"rendered":"Providing Justice to Every one, CJ takes notice of torture on minor maid"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DNA<br \/>\nISLAMABAD<br \/>\nChief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Wednesday took notice of torture on minor maid servant working in the house of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Islamabad, Raja Khurram Ali Khan.<br \/>\nNotice was taken on media reports that the minor maid servant was allegedly beaten up brutally and she was given stoke with ladle and her hands were brunt and reportedly matter has been patched up and compromised.<br \/>\nTaking the cognizance of issue of alleged maltreatment and subsequently reported patch up and compromise, the Hon\u2019ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has ordered to call a detailed report from Registrar, Islamabad High Court, Islamabad within 24 hours. The report has been sought regarding settlement of Tayyaba\u2019s father with wife of a service judge, who was accused of torturing the 10-year-old girl.<br \/>\nThe settlement was seen as a drop scene of the case, with human rights organizations and civil society members in the shock due to the agreement.
