ISLAMABAD: Fifteen percent decline recorded in the import of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) in first nine months of this year. According to oil companies advisory, OGRA and Industries statistics 6241000 ton LNG import recorded in first nine months of ongoing year which is 15% lower than last year. Last year 7353000 ton LNG import was recorded in same period of time. 663000 ton LNG import was recorded in Mach which was 8% less than last year. Last year 719000 ton LNG import was recorded in March. in comparison to February, 6% less growth recorded in March. 628000 ton LNG import recorded in February which increased to 663000 ton in March.
