42 succumb to COVID-19. 5830 tested positive in 24 hours in the country

As many as 42 deaths the highest in four months were reported during the last 24 hours due to novel coronavirus while 5830 persons tested positive.

As per the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) latest data 59786 tests were conducted of which 5,830 retruend positie taking the total number of positive cases to 1,442,263..

The positivity ratio stands at 9.75 percent.
According to province wise details 546,141 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 483,779 in Punjab 197,937 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 129,758 in Islamabad, 39,323 in Azad Kashmir 34,557 in Balochistan and 10,768 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far. .

With 42 casualties during the last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has soared to 29372.

13,201 persons have succumbed to the epidemic in Punjab, 7,849 in Sindh 6,023 in KP, 982 in Islamabad, 760 in Azad Kashmir, 368 in Balochistan, and 189 in GB so far.

Pakistan has so far conducted 25,194,561 coronavirus tests and 59,786 in the last 24 hours. 1,312,819 patients have recovered in the country whereas 1,590 patients are in critical condition.
