43 deaths occurred, 1232 tested positive due to COVID-19 in last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD: 43 deaths reported in the last 24 hours due to corona virus while 1232 tested positive in the country. As per the NCOC latest statistics 41744 tests were conducted of which 1,232 returned positive taking the positive cases to 1503873. Positivity ratio stands at 2.95 percent. According to province wise details 565,319 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 499,768 in Punjab, 215,337 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 133,988 in Islamabad, 42,754 in Azad Kashmir, 35,294 in Balochistan and 11,413 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.
With 43 deaths during the last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has climbed to 30096.
So far 13,471 persons have succumbed to the epidemic in Punjab, 8,045 in Sindh 6,226 in KP, 1,007 in Islamabad, 784 in Azad Kashmir, 374 in Balochistan, and 189 in GB.
As many as 209,438,557 doses with 922,218 in the last 24 hours have been administered so far in the country.
1,409,515 patients have recovered from corona virus in the country so far while 1,230 patients are stated to be in critical condition
