LAHORE: As many as 5364 persons tested positive and 110 fatalities occurred due to corona virus in Pakistan during 24 hours Friday. The nationwide casualties have climbed to 15982 while number of positive cases have surged to 745182 in the country. According to NCOC statistics. Punjab remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of deaths followed by Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Most numbers of cases have been reported in Sindh. Till now 270,963 coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Sindh, 261,173 in Punjab, 103,419 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 20,662 in Balochistan, 68,665 in Islamabad, 15,137 in Azad Kashmir and 5,163 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
