67 arrested against anti-social elements in Peshawar

Capital City Police has carried out successful operations against anti-social elements during the last month.
According to details, police during special targeting operations busted a total of 16 gangs and arrested 67 accused.
Police during the operations have recovered Rs7.1cash, mobile phones, three and a half tola gold ornaments, seven vehicles, 26 motorcycles, other looted valuables from the possessions of the arrested persons.
In order to ensure that appropriate measures have been taken not only by identifying the trouble points, but also by compiling lists of elements involved in occupation mafia, robbery, robbery and other crimes, including elements released from prisons, and closely monitoring them.

CCPO Syed Ashfaq Anwar expressed satisfaction over the recent crackdown and said that all the divisional police officers under the supervision of SSP Operations Haroon-ul-Rashid Khan should continue the operations against anti-social elements while making the crackdown successful.
