9 accused including Former federal minister Shireen Mazari have been indicted in GHQ attack case.
GHQ attack case came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi led by Judge Amjid Ali Shah.
The court indicted 9 accused including Rahid Hafeez, Munir, Khadim Hussain Khokhar, Zakir Ullah, Azim Ullah, Tahir Sadiq, Mehr Javed and Chaudhry Asif.
The accused pleaded not guilty.
The court fixed hearing in connection with trial of case till December 19.
The state counsels requested the court to cancel the bail of absenting accused.
The court has so far indicted 98 accused persons.
On the other hand Shah Mehmood Qureshi could not be indicted in GHQ attack case.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi filed 265-D petition related to acquittal in the court.
The court fixed 265-D petition for next hearing due to which he could not be indicted.
Former chairman PTI was presented in the court in GHQ attack case. Former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was brought from Kot Lakhput Jail to Adiala jail.
The court has already declared 23 accused including Shahbaz Gull, Zulfi Bokhari, Murad Saeed proclaimed offender for their persistent and deliberate absence.
