9 terrorists have been killed during joint operation by police and Tal Scouts against Fitna Al Hindustan while 4 officers including DPO Hangu and SHO DOABA have been injured.
On information about presence of Khawarij terrorists operation was conducted by police and Tal Scouts.
Targeted operation was conducted in Zargiri, Shinaori, and surrounding areas. The terrorists have taken refuge on mountains.
Police said exchange of firing took police with terrorists in the area of Shinaori and during operation DPO Hangu Muhammad Khalid and SHO DOABA Nabi Khan have been injured. They were shifted to district headquarters hospital. DO will be shifted to Peshawar after first aid.
Hospital administration has said DPO Khalid Khan has received 4 bullets while SHO Nabi Khan has received minor injuries.
Police spokesperson said operation against terrorists is underway and several terrorists have been injured.
