ISLAMABAD: 10,070 megawatt (MW) electricity will be integrated into national grid through different energy projects under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). According to Power Division sources the overall investment of 17.7 billion dollars is being made in energy projects under CPEC. 870 MW will be generated by Suki Kinari Hydropower Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 1320 MW from Thar Coal Block-1, 720 MW from Karot Hydropower Station, whereas 1320 MW from Thar Mine Mouth Oracle Power Point’ ONLINE
