National Assembly (NA) speaker AyyazSadiq has summoned parliamentary parties leaders meeting today in parliament house on the matter of extension in military courts. During the meeting consultations will be made on the PPP proposals on revival of military courts.
The government draft bill on constitutional amendment will be placed before all the parliamentary parties leaders while PPP will put up its 9 proposals before the parliamentary parties in the meeting.
Sources said government has given indication to PPP for acceptance of some of its proposals. Government will take any decision on PPP proposals after taking all the parliamentary parties into confidence.
