At least three people were killed and seven others injured in separate incidents of violence and road mishaps in different localities of Swabi on Saturday. According to details, accused Zeeshan Irshad barged into a shop in Kalu Khan police station and opened indiscriminate fire. As a result of firing, Ziaullah 26, was killed on the spot while father and a cousin narrowly escaped. JUI-F Sher Kale young leader Maulana Jawad was killed in a road accident in the area. Another religious leader Maulana Mufti Murad Ali Haqqani were killed after an over speeding car hit a motorcycle at Swabi-Mardan Road.

An over speeding rickshaw and motorcycle collided at Swabi-Topi Road in
Menai Chowk Kotha. Four including Khatir Khan 35, Khubab Khan 26, and two
women were injured in the accident.
A man identified as Asim 35, was injured in collision between car and
motorcycle in Sheikh Jana locality.
The injured were shifted to Bacha Khan Medical Complex and DHQ Hospital
Swabi and the police after registering separate cases in incidents started
investigations.
