ISLAMABAD, April 02 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted interim bail plea of Azlan Khan son of Kishmala Tariq till April 8 in G-11 accident case.
A single bench of IHC presided over by Justice Amir Farooq took up the case for hearing Friday.
The court ordered Azlan Khan to file surety bonds of Rs 2 lac.
Azlan Khan had filed petition against sessions court order for filing surety bonds of Rs 10 lac. The bail of Azlan Khan granted by sessions court stood cancelled due to non filing of surety bonds within 15 days. When the bail was cancelled then the court order for filing surety bonds of Rs 10 lac became ineffective.
The petitioner told the court that the family members of the citizens who were killed in the accident had forgiven him. The injured person has also forgiven him.
