The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has started inquiry against Galaxy Housing scheme Pishtakhara Peshawar, who in the garb of illegal housing society cheated public of their hard-earned money.
According to a statement issued here on Thursday, NAB initiated a probe against the housing scheme after receiving complaints.
During the course of the initial probe, it was discovered that the Galaxy Housing scheme was launched in 2004. The management has completely violated laws pertaining to housing schemes. Similarly, the management has failed to obtain NOC from PDA.
Despite lapse of a period of 17 years, no development work has been carried out. It merits mentioning here that FIR has also been lodged against the management of the housing scheme by PDA said NAB-KP.
The NAB advised all the affectees to approach its office at the PDA Complex, Block-III, Phase-V, Hayatabad Peshawar, for registering their claims.
