FC South inaugurates water filtration at seminary in Tank

Frontier Corps (FC) South Headquarter and Pakistan Army on Thursday inaugurated a clean drinking water filtration plant here at religious seminary Aahyaha Ul Aloom in Tank.
The inauguration ceremony attended by Deputy Commissioner Tank Kabeer Afridi, Commanding Officer Lt. Col. Sher Alam and District Police Officers Sajjad Ahmad Sahibzada.
The ceremony was also attended by civil society representatives, teachers, dignitaries of the area and local journalists.
Speaking on the occasion, the civil society representatives highly praised the initiative of Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps South which would facilitate the students of seminary with clean drinking water.
They said that clean and cold drinking water is being made available for the students of seminary. The elders said that Sector Headquarters South and 25 Sindh Regiment were playing a key role in restoring peace as well as public service.
The participants lauded Inspector General FC South Major General Omar Bashir, Sector Commander South Brigadier Naiknam Muhammad Baig for installation of water filtration plant.
They also thanked Deputy Commissioner Tank Kabeer Afridi, Commanding Officer 25 Sindh Regiment Lieutenant Colonel Sher Alam Khan and District Police Chief Sajjad Ahmed Sahibzada and appreciated their efforts.
