Railway minister Azam Khan Swati has said Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has given gift to the people by winning political cup in the parliament.
“ People have won in joint session of the parliament. The black era is ending in the country. Improvement will come in electoral system due to passage of EVM bill in the parliament, he said this while addressing a press conference here Thursday.
He went on to say government will provide money to the election commission to purchase EVM machines.
I stayed abroad for 25 years but I had no right to cast vote, he pointed out.
Due to procedure of EVM machines opposition corruption has come to end, he remarked.
Minister for Railways Azam Swati said latest technology is being introduced to further improve the performance of Pakistan Railways.
He said overseas Pakistanis are also happy on getting the right of franchise.
He underlined where has gone opposition , they have died their own death.
He remarked neither Imran Khan is isolated from the institutions nor are the institutions isolated from Imran Khan. The history of the country is replete with the sacrifices rendered by the institutions. We should not raise objection that which institution is doing what job.
He stated Imran government is not going any where. Parliament is supreme institution. No law or constitution was violated through passage of bill, he added.
