Pakistan has said imposing ban by India on offering prayers by the Muslims in their mosques is shameful act.
This was said by Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Asim Iftikhar during his weekly press briefing here Thursday.
He observed Pakistan strongly denounces the slapping of ban by Indian government on the Indian Muslims to offer Jumma Prayers in mosques. It is shameful act.
Pakistan fully rejects US and State department report on religious freedom. Pakistan provides full protection to the worship places of minorities. Government and people of Pakistan provide full protection to the human rights of minorities in positive way.
In India RSS in nexus with BJP government are suppressing religious freedom, he underlined.
US state department has fully ignored religious freedom and miserable plight of minorities in India in the report of US religious liberties commission.
Providing full protection to the places of worship of minorities is reflective of positive thinking of Pakistan, he remarked. Opening Kartar Pur corridor for Sikhs for worshipping purpose bears evidence to this effect.
The visit of chief minister of Indian Punjab to Punjab is not official. But we see it in perspective of religious freedom.
He went on to say Indian state terrorism against the innocent Kashmiris is continuing. As many as 9 Kashmiris were martyred by Indian troops in Occupied Kashmir during the last two days. 30 Kashmiris were martyred in the month of November. Pakistan strongly condemns human rights violations.
He held Pakistan salutes Kashmiris who have not bowed their head before Indian state terrorism. India should now understand that their right to self-determination should be given to Kashmiris as per UN resolutions. Pakistan will continue to extend every possible support to Kashmirs.
He stated India should understand it is violating human rights in Occupied Kashmir. Kashmiris rights have been usurped. The so called search operation by occupation forces in Occupied Kashmir should be stopped.

He underscored as per ICJ decision Pakistan government approved bill of review and reconsideration act for Indian spy. Its objective is to see with more seriousness punishment of Indian spy Yadev, review and reconsideration. India should appoint lawyer in Indian commander Jadhav case.
He stated that the bill was approved in line with the decision of international court of justice in Kulbhushan Jadhav case. Our stance in this regard is very clear. We reject Indian reports in respect of its other uses.
