The ongoing crisis at Isra University Hyderabad has once again taken a new turn.
Case No. 3058/2021 was filed on 23-12-2021 by the Chancellor of Isra University, Prof. Dr. Hameedullah Kazi. In this regard, Sindh High Court Karachi has successfully granted relief.
The court has suspended the notification issued by the suspended registrar Abdul Qadir Memon regarding the illegal appointment of the Chancellor on 03-11-2021 and Circular 11-11-2021 in which Dr. Nazir Leghari has been appointed as the Chancellor of Isra University. In addition, Dr. Nazir Leghari and Abdul Qadir Memon have been barred from interfering in the affairs of Isra University in violation of the Isra University Act.
They have also been ordered to comply with court orders.
This decision of the esteemed court has once again won the truth and the decisions of the Board of Directors of Asri Islamic Foundation have been upheld.
