Development work is underway in the newly merged tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after peace has been restored. The government of Pakistan, district administration, security forces and other organisations are playing their vital role for development in these areas. Special attention is being given to the construction of infrastructure and roads in these districts, provision of safe drinking water, provision of basic health facilities and establishment of educational institutions.
In this regard, not only new schools and colleges are being built for the promotion of education in all the tribal districts including Bajaur, Mohmand and Khyber, but also the existing educational institutions are being rebuilt. At the same time, security forces are setting up cadet colleges in these districts.
Cadet College Warsak and Cadet College Mohmand are playing important role in promoting education in the education sector.
Work is also in full swing to set up educational institutions in the tribal districts. More than thirty schools for boys and girls have been established in Bajaur district, more than twenty schools in Mohmand and more than twenty five new schools in Khyber. Reconstruction of existing educational institutions is also underway.
A new chapter has begun in the tribal districts. And the large number of development works in the area is a reflection of the fact that peace has been restored in these districts. The establishment of educational institutions in the area is an important step for the new generation.
The government of Pakistan, district administration and security forces are playing their role well. Now it is the duty of the people of the these districts to send their children to school. Education is the right of their children. And through education only the path of development in these areas be paved.
