Eighteen Demonstrators appointed under MTI Act at Medical Teaching Institute Gujju khan Medical College The demonstrators will be assigned with the responsibility of teaching in various fields of medical college,
There will be no compromise on work, good and talented people have been appointed, said dean GKMC on orientation session
An orientation session was held in the conference room of the Gajju Khan medical college for the newly recruited demonstrators. Addressing the orientation session conducted for newly recruited demonstrators, Dean GKMC MTI Prof Dr. Shams-Ur-Rehman said that all recruitments have been made under The Pakistan Medical Commission Rules on merit basis. Dean clearly stated that there would be no compromise on work in the medical college. According to Dean GKMC, newly recruited demonstrators will be engaged in various fields to further improve the college education process. The dean said that these recruitments will substantially control the shortage of faculty staff. Recruitment will be done if more demonstrators are required, Dean Added. The newly demonstrators will be on probation period for the first six months. Addressing the presentation session, Manager Human Resource said that there will be no holiday in probation and attendance has to be ensured. In the presentation session, Assistant Professor and Head of Medical Education department GKMC MTI, Dr. Iqbal Wahid gave a detailed brief to all the demonstrators on Gujju khan Medical College and briefed them about their responsibilities.
It should be noted that more than 500 candidates had tested for the Post in which more than 100 candidates were shot listed and twenty scored well in interviews.
