435 patients treat in free medical camp in Tirah Valley

As many as 435 patients were treated in a free medical camp set up in Nawey Kelly,Tirah Maidan, sub-division Bara last day.
The people welfare activity was organized under the auspices of Rescue 1122, Khyber with special guidelines of Rescue 1122 Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr Khateer Ahmad.
The ailing masses included a large number of women, children especially elder citizens of the village and adjacent localities thronged to the free medical camp and were examined freely by qualified doctor, Dr Wakeel Shah, assisted by paramedical staff.
Free medicines were also provided to the visiting patients.
District Emergency Officer, Khyber Syed Shoab Mansoor said for the last few days a severe snowfall in Tirah Valley has disturbed routine business of the residents therefore on the direction of their highup, they set up a free medical camp to provide quality healthcare facilities to the tribesmen of Khyber tribal districts at their doorsteps.
The residents of the Tirah lauded the charity activity of the health caring activity of Rescue 1122 and asked for setting up more camps to provide curing facilities to the tribesmen of remote areas.
